We use your details to reply to your enquiry, plan and run your tour, and send you the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Only where it is needed to deliver your trip — for example the hotels on your itinerary. We share the minimum necessary, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights
